We use RustDesk as a remote support tool. For security reason we use private communication network (Traffic encrypted) not a public network then after installed client need to add this configuration.

  1. Download Software [--rustdesk--]
  2. Install Software and Configure parameter following this
    (Click at 3 dots --> Network)image

  3. Then at the Network --> Unlock network settings

    Select ID/Relay Server

    Then
    image

(Click XJ65... to get full key end with =)

Configure using above parameters then click OK

After you have configured private communication
then give support agent the RustDesk ID
