We use RustDesk as a remote support tool. For security reason we use private communication network (Traffic encrypted) not a public network then after installed client need to add this configuration.
- Download Software [--rustdesk--]
- Install Software and Configure parameter following this
(Click at 3 dots --> Network) Then at the Network --> Unlock network settings
- Select ID/Relay Server
